Elation Communications Debuts Exhibit at Towson University Vendor Fair

Elation Communications marked a significant milestone with the debut of its exhibit display at this year’s annual vendor fair hosted by Towson University—an event centered on building connections, expanding access, and strengthening procurement opportunities across the state of Maryland.

The 2026 Vendor Fair brought together an impressive and diverse network of participants, including 30 certified vendors, seven state agencies and resource organizations, and nine university and high school procurement teams. The event drew hundreds of attendees from higher education institutions, public school systems, and local and state government entities, along with small business owners eager to connect, collaborate, and explore new opportunities.

For Elation Communications, the debut of its exhibit display represented more than just a physical presence—it was a strategic step forward in positioning the company within a broader ecosystem of public sector partnerships and supplier diversity initiatives.

Throughout the event, the Elation team engaged directly with procurement leaders, institutional representatives, and fellow certified vendors, sharing the company’s expertise in strategic communications, branding, multimedia production, and DEI-informed messaging. The exhibit served as a platform to showcase how Elation supports organizations in elevating their visibility, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and delivering impactful, purpose-driven communications.

The expanded scope of this year’s vendor fair created an environment rich with opportunity. By bringing together educational institutions, government agencies, and small businesses in one space, the event underscored the importance of collaboration and resource-sharing in advancing equitable access to procurement pipelines.

Elation Communications’ participation reflects its ongoing commitment to not only growing its own footprint, but also contributing to a more inclusive and connected business landscape. Events like the Towson University Vendor Fair play a critical role in bridging gaps between organizations and opening doors for partnerships that drive long-term impact.

As Elation continues to expand its reach, this debut signals a clear direction: showing up in spaces where relationships are built, visibility is strengthened, and meaningful opportunities take shape.
