Cecilia Sepp is our fractional chief operating officer and advises on financial management, internal policies, and business operations. Cecilia is a recognized authority in nonprofit organization management and a leader who translates vision into action. 

Charles Reynolds is our director of social media and videography, and he brings over five years of specialized experience in social media growth and video productions. His expertise extends to creating compelling brand videos, event coverage, interviews, and sophisticated video editing and animation, including logo animation.

Devan Thurman is our junior public relations and communications specialist who helps manage our BreakThrough Blog and assists with media outreach for clients. With a love for writing, Devan is a natural for creating engaging content that rivets key audiences and enhances business brands and reputations. 

Evan Courtney is our senior web developer who creates and maintains websites. He manages the construction, technical programming and coding, performance, and capacity of web products. 

Hilario Rios manages our accounting and bookkeeping. As a trusted partner and Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Hilario has over 15 years of experience working with small businesses. 

Mikaela Jackson is our graphic design specialist and develops marketing collateral and brand assets. Her approach is to create designs that serve a purpose and reflect the individuality of the client.
