Podcast Guest Agreement and Release*

By checking this box and submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this release.

Guest Agreement and Release
I hereby agree, consent to, and grant to Elation Communications (“Producer”) all rights related to the recording, broadcast, and distribution of reproductions of my voice, photograph, likeness, and performance as part of my participation as a guest on the audiovisual program entitled Inclusive Communication Podcast (the “Program”).
I acknowledge and agree that:

Ownership & Rights
- The host of the Inclusive Communication Podcast is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Program, and the recording(s) thereof, together with any materials prepared for the Program (“Materials”).
- The Program and Materials are considered “Works Made for Hire” within the meaning of the United States Copyright Act (17 USC §101, et seq.) for all purposes.
- Producer has the unrestricted right to use, promote, and distribute the Program in any and all media or formats, worldwide, in perpetuity.
Compensation
- I will receive no financial compensation for my participation in the Program.
Content Approval
- I waive any right to review, inspect, or approve the content of the Program prior to its use.
No Obligation
- Nothing in this Agreement requires Producer to use or exploit any rights granted herein, or to create, license, distribute, or otherwise make use of the Program or Materials.
Use of Name & Likeness
- My name, voice, image, and likeness may be used in connection with the advertising and promotion of the Program, but not as an endorsement of any unrelated product or service.
Release of Liability

I release and discharge Producer, along with its principals, officers, employees, agents, successors, heirs, assigns, and affiliates, from any and all claims or liability arising from the recording, production, reproduction, distribution, exhibition, or other use of the Program and Materials.

Legal Competency
- I am eighteen years of age or older and fully competent to execute this Agreement.
- No other agreements exist that would prevent my granting these rights to Producer, its successors, and assigns.
- I understand that Producer is relying on this release in making production investments and agree not to challenge the rights conveyed herein.
